✅ Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Non-returnable items: Electrical items, customized products, and items marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for return.

🚚 How to Request a Return

1. Email us at contact@caronebd.com or call +8801886718662 with your order ID and reason for return.
2. We will verify your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card, etc.).
• If the product was bought with Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via mobile payment or bank transfer.

❌ No Refund Scenarios

We will not offer a refund or exchange if:

• The product is damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.
• The return request is made after the return window (7 days).
• The product has been used or altered.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
